Rimiyoho Live Mapping at Festival Villahermosa
I was invited to create a live projection mapping on the facade of municipal Palace in Villahermosa accompanying a concert by Ingrid and Jenny Beaujean, who enchanted the audience with a repertoire of very emotional songs.
I created different atmospheres to complement each of the musical pieces, to build a unique visual journey for the audience. The façade was transformed into a living canvas, creating a moment of connection among music, architecture, drawing, and animation.

Highlights
These highlights capture the dynamic and challenging task of animating in real time with Tagtool during the concert. Throughout the show, I had to mix and launch different compositions to sync with Ingrid and Jenny Beaujean’s repertoire.
Even though it started to rain, the entire production team supported us with protection for the light rain. After a few minutes, the rain stopped and the show continued in a beautiful night in Villahermosa.
Previsualizations
These are some of the digital mockups I used to plan the performance.
Using the building’s architecture as a template, I simulated how the live Tagtool animations and visuals would adapt to the facade before the actual projection.
The venue’s unique architecture required adapting the visuals to an ultra-wide, horizontal aspect ratio across a distinct pyramidal facade. Its smooth white finish became the perfect digital canvas, making the vibrant colors and fluid lines of the Tagtool visuals pop brilliantly against the structure
