This is a compilation of Rimiyoho´s performances done in cultural and commercial events collaborating with musicians, Dj´s and dancers, creating ephemeral visuals in front of people eyes, turning buildings and stages into a canvas for digital art.

For the past 10 years, Rimiyoho has dedicated himself to live drawing and real-time animation performance. His work comes to life through illustrations created with Tagtool on an iPad, a tool that allows him to generate compositions with animated drawings using looping techniques. He activates architecture through projection mapping, intervenes in public spaces with his lightweight mobile projection setup, and collaborates with musicians and DJs in live audiovisual sets where drawing and sound interact in real time.

He has been invited to perform live in México, Germany, China, Canada, Taiwan and United States, his latest intervention was at The National Taichung Theater in Taiwan, he also performed at ZKM Center for Art and Media in Germany, at the National Museum of Mexican Art in Chicago, MUTEK Montreal 2019, MUTEK México 2018 and FILUX 2018 among others.

 

He is looking for new places to paint and make new audiovisual collaborations.
